To design and fabricate a steel sign with embedded LED lights for Storybuilt's Willa property, a team of designers and engineers first created a 3D digital model of the sign using computer-aided design (CAD) software. This allowed them to experiment with different shapes, sizes, and colors of the sign until they arrived at a design that met the client's needs. Once the design was finalized, the team used computer-controlled machinery to precisely cut and shape the steel panels. The LED lights were embedded into the steel and wired to a control system that allowed the lights to be programmed to change colors and patterns. The finished sign was then carefully transported to the Willa property and installed by a team of skilled technicians. The result was a beautiful, eye-catching sign that effectively conveyed the Willa brand to passersby.
