We love running CNC-only jobs that don't require finishing and post-processing.
Please note our minimum job size is $1050 regardless of the number of sheets cut.
1. Create your parts layout.
- Use Illustrator, or Fusion 360, or any program you like that can export DXF files.
- Circular features need to be made of arcs, not line segments
- Layout the parts on a 4' x 8' sheet with 1/4" spacing around the perimeter and 3/8" spacing between parts.
2. Export the file as a DXF

3. Email us your files with a clear description of your needs
Please include in the email the following:
- annotations for the files where appropriate
- quantities for the parts or sheets to be cut
- material choice (we can acquire or you can bring us materials)
- target delivery date
