Ephemeral tattoo studio
Twelve private tattoo booths, a check-in desk and two planters for an Ephemeral studio. We built everything in our Austin shop, flat-packed it, shipped it and installed it in a few days.

What we built
The booths were plywood frames clad in powder-coated corrugated steel. Ten were 10 x 10 ft, one was 10 x 16.5 ft and one was 10 x 20 ft, all 8 ft tall. Each booth was a different skin tone, matched to Pantone colors from Ephemeral. The check-in desk and both planters were clad in the same corrugated steel.
How it ran
Pete Trentacoste, Ephemeral's head of studio design and experience, led the design. We drew the shop drawings and developed 3D concepts for the reception desk before building anything. The work ran from June to September 2022.
Ephemeral had us build for more of its studios after this one.
