What you can request
With your affirmative verbal permission, Austin Custom CNC sends one informational text to the phone number you confirm. For example, you can ask for info@austincustomcnc.com so you can send drawings, or for relevant information about your project inquiry.
One message is sent per request and affirmative consent. This is not a recurring subscription. We do not send marketing messages, automatically text people who call, or treat permission for one message as permission for general project updates. Submitting the website inquiry form does not provide SMS consent.

Confirm the destination and wait for a clear affirmative answer before sending. If permission is declined or unclear, do not send a text; provide the information verbally or by another method the caller requests.
