These terms describe Austin Custom CNC’s optional customer care text messaging program.
SMS Terms
When you give affirmative verbal consent during a call, Austin Custom CNC may send one informational text message to the phone number you confirm. The message contains only the information you requested, such as our email address for sending drawings or relevant information about your project inquiry.
Message frequency is one message per request and affirmative consent. Each additional informational message requires a new request and consent. Consent does not enroll you in recurring messages or authorize marketing or general project updates. We do not send a text simply because you called or submitted an inquiry.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may receive the information verbally or contact us by email instead. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. For support, contact info@austincustomcnc.com or (512) 856-6750.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
